1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using callofartist.com ("the Site"), browsing our artist directory, submitting an artist representation application, or requesting a booking quotation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking Enquiries & Quotations

Submission of a booking form via the Site constitutes an initial expression of interest and does not establish a binding performance engagement. Binding artist bookings require a formally executed contract, technical rider agreement, and scheduled advance deposit confirmed in writing by Call Of Artist management.

3. Artist Representation Applications

Artists submitting materials, biographies, sound files, or photographs warrant that they are the genuine creators and copyright holders of all submitted work. Submission of an application does not guarantee representation, listing on public directories, or commercial engagements. Call Of Artist reserves the right to accept, shortlist, or decline applications at its sole professional discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, visual layouts, and editorial text on callofartist.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Call Of Artist. Artist photographs, music samples, and trademarks displayed on roster profiles remain the property of their respective creators and are presented under promotional representation agreements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Call Of Artist provides the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall Call Of Artist be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site unavailability, transmission errors, or unauthorized submissions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the Site or agency contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
